Describe my project
Automate your operations.Evolve your software.Launch your platform.

The starting point is rarely technical.

  • Spreadsheets used as a database, one per person or per team.
  • Information travelling by email, WhatsApp and copy-paste.
  • Software tools that do not talk to each other, and data re-entered from one to the next.
  • Management having to compile everything by hand to get an overview.
See how we handle these situations

Two needs, two paths, the same way of working.

Most projects start from one of these two situations. Pick the one that looks most like yours.

Automate your business

Your teams spend time on tasks the system could take care of.

  • Remove repetitive tasks
  • Connect tools that do not talk to each other
  • Automate a workflow or a back office
  • Add AI where it produces a result
See automation and AI

Build a product

You have a service, an idea or a customer need to turn into usable software.

  • Launch a SaaS platform
  • Open a portal to your customers
  • Build a business application
  • Turn an idea into a product people can use
See SaaS development

Both paths rely on the same technical foundation and the same process. Many projects combine the two.

What we take care of around your software.

Software and platforms

An online tool that fits your customers, your teams and the way you work.

Web and mobile apps

Simple interfaces to reach your services on desktop and phone.

Automation and AI

Connect your tools and automate the repetitive tasks in your business.

Hosting and operations

Put your tool online and keep it running day to day.

Access and data security

Decide who can access what, and build data protection in from the design stage.

Building is much faster now. The real work has shifted.

Open source, no-code and AI have changed the way software is made. A first version can now be up and running in a few weeks. We use these tools in our own projects.

It’s the decisions that take time and experience. What is worth automating and what should stay human. Who needs to see what. Where the data lives. How teams will use the tool day to day. Who monitors the tool and evolves it when the business changes.

That is where we spend most of our time. A tool your business relies on every day is judged six months after it goes live.

Three engagement formats, depending on where you stand.

Know what to build, get a usable tool, then keep it evolving over time. A first version is there to get you started. Real use shows what to improve next. Amounts shown exclude VAT.

Diagnostic

Get clear on your need, set the priorities and decide the best approach before building.

From €2,500 excl. VAT

The price depends on the scope and the complexity of the project.

  • A document separating the priority features from the ones to plan for later.
  • The points to clarify before starting the build.
  • A delivery plan and an estimated budget for what follows.

Run and evolve

Run and evolve your software once it is in production, or take over a tool you already have.

Custom quote

The price depends on your needs and the pace of change you want.

  • Monitoring, fixes and follow-up on real usage
  • New automations and integrations with your tools
  • Architecture and workflows adapted as you grow
  • Adjustments that help teams adopt the tool
Discuss my project

All prices shown are exclusive of taxes. Applicable VAT or other taxes depend in particular on the customer’s place of establishment and tax status. Any applicable taxes or reverse-charge mechanism will be specified in the commercial proposal and invoice.

If your need is already defined clearly enough, we can go straight to a development proposal.

Looking to work on a tool you already have, or to automate one specific task? These engagements are reviewed and priced according to their scope.

The Run and evolve offer is never imposed: you can take delivery, run your tool on your own, then come back when a need appears. Your access stays yours either way.

A proposed next step within 5 business days of our call.

From discovery to production, in clear steps.

Illustration: a console managing accounts, roles and subscriptions

Tech agency · Run and evolve

From scattered files to a shared console, for several thousand client accounts

Challenge
Several thousand accounts. Settings and incidents spread across files. Three profiles (admins, resellers, customers) with no single view.
Solution
A real-time multi-role console, automated subscription billing, and recovery of paid accounts that were never created.
Handled by the system
Subscription billing, plus detecting and fixing paid accounts that were never activated.
What stays human
Settings and one-off situations are still handled in the console, with rights matched to each profile.
Outcome
One console for all accounts. Information stays consistent from one profile to the next, with access matched to each role. Paid accounts that were never activated are detected and corrected automatically.

Tech agency · Diagnostic then build

Automating operations monitoring and day-to-day actions

Challenge
The operator had to log into several tools, review the statistics, decide which actions to take as they changed, check that the systems were still running, and contact users by hand.
Solution
Automated tracking of the statistics, automated checks that the systems are running, some actions triggered by defined rules, and automated outreach to users.
Handled by the system
Collecting the statistics, the health checks, the actions triggered by defined rules, and the planned outreach.
What stays human
Situations that call for analysis or a decision are still handled by the operator.
Outcome
Part of the daily monitoring and follow-up work is automated. The operator can focus on the situations that need human analysis or intervention.
Technologies used
Node.js · MySQL · Jest · Docker

Business software and automation for SMEs and startups, from Nice.

Common questions before a first call

Who do you work with?

SMEs and startups that want to replace spreadsheets and manual tasks with tools that fit their needs, launch custom software or evolve a tool they already use, in France and internationally.

Where are you based, and which languages?

We are based in Nice and work in French and English. Meetings are usually remote, or on-site when that is useful.

How does the first call work?

A 30-minute discovery call, usually remote: your context, your goals, your constraints, then a clear recommendation. You pick the slot online, with no commitment.

What does the proposal sent after the call contain?

Within 5 business days you receive a free proposal: a summary of the need as we understood it, the recommended approach, a first budget indication when the information allows it, and the next step we suggest, either a diagnostic or a development quote. It points you in a direction; it is not the detailed analysis of the diagnostic.

Is the diagnostic a scoping exercise or an audit?

The diagnostic exists to define what is worth building before development starts. We analyse your need and the material available in order to set priorities, identify the points to clarify and propose a delivery plan with an estimated budget. No development is included at this stage.

How much does a diagnostic cost?

The diagnostic starts at €2,500 excl. VAT. The price depends on the scope, the complexity of the project and the work needed to clarify the requirements and the priorities.

Is the diagnostic mandatory?

No. If your need, your scope and your priorities are already defined clearly enough, we can review your project and prepare a development proposal straight away. The diagnostic is useful when some decisions still need clarifying before starting. When it does take place, it is invoiced separately from the build, and its deliverables remain yours even if you do not continue with us.

Is the “first version” an MVP or a V1?

Yes, it is the same idea: the first usable version online, limited to the essentials, with the agreed deliverables and access handed over to you. The scope is defined with you, then priced in the quote.

How much does developing a first version cost?

Development is priced by quote. The price depends in particular on the scope, the features, the integrations needed and the complexity of the project. The quote sets out what is included, the deliverables and the acceptance criteria.

Why not display a fixed price for development?

Two projects can look similar yet require a very different amount of work. We prefer to define a clear scope before proposing a price that fits the project.

How long does the first version take?

The timeline is set out in the proposal, based on the scope and the agreed start date. It starts at project kick-off, not at the first call. Complex integrations or a change of scope along the way can push it out.

How do you invoice the development of the first version?

Prices are in euros excluding VAT, as a fixed fee on a defined scope. Payment comes in three parts: 40% on signature, which reserves your start date, 30% on delivery of an agreed intermediate version, 30% on final validation, before go-live. Each step maps to deliverables you can check. Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted and approved before we build it.

Do the prices shown include VAT?

No. Prices shown are exclusive of taxes. Applicable VAT or other taxes depend in particular on the customer’s place of establishment and tax status. Any applicable taxes or reverse-charge mechanism will be specified in the commercial proposal and invoice.

Who keeps control of the code and the hosting?

You do. The access, the data, the hosting and the deliverables agreed in the contract are yours. Wherever possible we open the vendor accounts in your name, and we add no artificial dependency on our infrastructure: you can run your tool, hand it to another team, or take it in-house.

What exactly is handed over at the end?

The contract separates two things. On one side, what is built specifically for your project (business logic, screens, interfaces, configuration and the agreed deliverables): those are handed over on the terms set out. On the other, the generic building blocks we reuse from one project to the next (libraries, components, internal tooling and ways of working): those remain our property and come with a right to use them within your product. That is what lets us deliver faster, without you depending on us to keep your tool running.

What running costs should we expect after delivery?

The services your tool needs in order to run stay on your side: hosting, database and storage, domain name, the external services used (email sending, SMS, AI, automation), payment provider fees if the tool takes transactions, and maintenance or the Run and evolve offer, depending on the plan you choose. Not every project carries all of these. You get an estimate before committing, and wherever possible we open the vendor accounts in your name.

When should we move to the Run and evolve offer?

When your software is live and needs to evolve, be maintained or be taken over: several tools to connect, sensitive data or payments, a need for technical follow-up over time. Custom quote.

How does the Run and evolve offer work?

Through a monthly fee set by quote: a reserved amount of working capacity, a priority list agreed with you, a regular review, then the fixes, integrations and changes delivered within that capacity, with a report of the work done. On top of that comes looking after the product in production: health checks, follow-up on real usage, and new automations when they save time. The contract sets out response times, how urgent requests are handled and what happens if capacity is exceeded. Fixing a defect in the delivered scope and adding a new feature are handled separately. The Run and evolve offer is not compulsory: you can run your tool without us and come back later.

Can you take over software that already exists?

Yes. We review how it works, its code and your priorities to define the fixes, integrations or changes to make.

Do you use artificial intelligence in projects?

Where it is relevant. We use modern automation and artificial intelligence tools when they handle an identified task better than a fixed rule: reading a document, sorting a request, drafting a message, spotting an anomaly. Decisions that commit your business are still approved by a person. We do not sell AI for its own sake: if a simple automation is enough, that is what we put in place.

With ChatGPT, Cursor or a no-code tool, can I build my tool myself?

Often, yes, and it is a good way to test an idea. The questions come when the tool becomes important to the business: several users with different permissions, data to bring over from your spreadsheets, connections to your other software, an outage to catch before it gets expensive, changes to make without breaking everything. We can help at that point, including by taking over a tool you started yourself.

The diagnostic: what do you get?

You have an idea for a piece of software, or tasks you want to simplify, but you are not sure exactly what to have built or what budget to plan for.

We study your need, your priorities and your constraints.

You receive a document explaining what to build, in what order, and with what estimated budget.

A concrete example

A fictional example to illustrate the diagnostic. It does not correspond to any client engagement.

In your company, someone has to do the following every day:

  • Log in to several pieces of software.
  • Review the figures and spot the problems.
  • Check that the tools are working.
  • Contact certain clients.
  • Record the actions taken.

You want to make this work simpler. Should you build new software? Connect the existing tools? Which tasks can be automated?

The diagnostic helps you choose before you pay for development.

What the document contains

What can be made simpler

For example: bringing the figures together on a single screen, so there is no need to open several pieces of software.

We separate the tasks that can be automated from those that still need a human decision.

What to build first

In this example, the first version might include:

What the tool would doWhat that would change for your team
Show the important figures in one placeFewer trips into several pieces of software
Flag when a tool stops respondingKnowing where to step in
Draft the messages intended for clientsReviewing and approving instead of writing everything
Record the actions carried outFinding what was done and avoiding oversights

What can wait

For example: starting by drafting the messages, then considering sending them automatically once the rules have been shown to work properly.

You then know what is useful from the start and what can be added later.

The difficulties to expect

For example: one of your tools may not allow its data to be retrieved automatically.

We flag these limits and the points still to be confirmed before work begins.

An estimated budget and the next steps

The document separates:

  • The estimated budget to build the first version.
  • The additional functions to be quoted separately.
  • The subscriptions or running costs to plan for.
  • The suggested order in which to deliver the project.

The budget depends on the need studied: no development amount is attached to this fictional example.

What does the diagnostic cover?

Studying your need and preparing the document you receive. The diagnostic starts at €2,500 excl. VAT: the price depends on the scope and the complexity of the project.

The software is not built yet. At the end of the diagnostic, you have a concrete plan to decide whether to launch the project, reduce it, postpone it, or not go ahead.

The document is yours. You keep it even if you do not entrust the development to us.

Already know exactly what needs building? The diagnostic is not compulsory: we can go straight to a development proposal.
